Returns Policy

Any items which are returned for refund or exchange must be received back at our Warehouse within 7 days. Products must be unused and with original labels, packaging and without damage. Any payment made for the goods will be refunded in full less carriage charges. However, if the goods are being returned because of an error on your part, a carriage charge will be levied. This does not affect your Statutory Rights.

Bulky Products Requiring Self Assembly

Please note that Bulky products (based on size or weight) which require self assembly cannot be returned (unless the product is found to be faulty on arrival) without incurring a handling and restocking charge. For more information please phone our sales team.
