Youth Sport Trust Conference 2025 Ticket Giveaway – Terms & Conditions

1. Organiser

·        1.1. The competition is organised by BSL International T/A Sports Directory (Sports Directory) located at Dartford, England.

2. Eligibility

·        2.1. The competition is open to individuals aged 18 years or older.

·        2.2. The competition is open to individuals who work in UK schools.

·        2.3 Entries from other countries, from those under the age of 18 and from those who do not work in schools will not be accepted and will automatically be disqualified.

·        2.4. Employees of Sports Directory, and any individual professionally associated with the competition are not eligible to enter the draw.

3. Entry

·        3.1. The competition is free to enter. No purchase is necessary to enter the draw.

·        3.2. Participants need to provide their personal information (including name, contact details, job title etc.), which will be used for competition entry verification and to contact winners after the event.

·        3.3. Only one entry per person is allowed.

·        3.4. The competition will run from Wednesday 5th March 2025, until midnight Monday 10th March 2025. Entries received outside this period will not be considered.

4. Winners and Prizes

·        4.1. The winner(s) will receive 1 ticket to the Youth Sport Trust Conference taking place on Wednesday 26th March 2025 at Telford International Centre

·        4.2. The prize includes entry to the conference on Wednesday 26th March 2025, but does not include entry to the Awards Dinner on Tuesday 25th March 2025, travel, accommodation, or other expenses.

·        4.3. The winner will be drawn randomly on Tuesday 11th March 2025 and contacted using the email address provided.

·        4.4. Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or any other form of compensation.

·        4.5. The ticket will be assigned to the individual, and they will be notified via the email address provided at the time of entry or by reaching out to the school listed on their entry form.

·        4.6. If a winner cannot be contacted or does not claim their prize within 24 hours of notification, Sports Directory reserves the right to withdraw the prize and select another winner.

5. Data Protection

·        5.1. By entering the competition, participants agree to the processing of their personal data by Sports Directory solely for the purposes of administering the competition and contacting the winner(s).

·        5.2. Winners agree to have their name and school name/establishment published as part of post-event publicity e.g., on our social media, website, and email announcements.

·        5.3. Personal data will be processed in accordance with Sports Directory's Privacy Policy.

·        5.4. By submitting your entry, you consent to receive communications regarding the results of the competition.

·        5.5. Participants can opt-in to receive marketing communications, but this is not a condition of entry. Those who do not opt-in will not be contacted for marketing purposes.

6. Liability

·        6.1. Sports Directory accepts no responsibility for entries that are lost, delayed, misdirected, or incomplete, or cannot be entered for any technical or other reason.

·        6.2. Participants acknowledge that the competition is not associated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by any third-party entity unless explicitly stated. Sports Directory is the headline sponsor of the Youth Sport Trust Conference and is independently running this giveaway.

7. General

·        7.1. Sports Directory reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God, or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation, or any other event outside Sports Directory’s control.

·        7.2. Sports Directory reserves the right to substitute the prize with another at its discretion.

·        7.3. Any changes to the competition will be notified to participants as soon as possible.

·        7.4. The decision of Sports Directory in all matters relating to the competition is final and binding. No correspondence will be entered into.

·        7.5. The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

·        7.6. Entrants will be deemed to have accepted these T&Cs and agreed to be bound by them when entering this Promotion.

8. Publicity & Consent

  • 8.1 Winners may be asked to share a photo/video of their experience at the conference (optional but appreciated).
