Competition: £500 Center Parcs Voucher

Competition summary: Participants can enter for a chance to win a £500 Center Parcs gift voucher.

1. Organiser

• The competition is organised by BSL International Limited trading as Sports Directory (“Sports Directory”), located at Dartford, England.

2. Eligibility

• 2.1. The competition is open to individuals aged 18 years or older.

• 2.2. The competition is open to teachers who work in UK schools.

• 2.3 Entries from other countries, from those under the age of 18 and from those who are not teachers will not be accepted and will automatically be disqualified.

• 2.4. Employees of Sports Directory, and any individual professionally associated with the competition are not eligible to enter the draw.

• 2.5. Sports Directory reserves the right to verify the winner’s employment status as a teacher. Verification may include (but is not limited to) a school confirmation email, a letter from the headteacher confirming employment, or publicly available confirmation on the school’s website. Failure to provide satisfactory evidence of eligibility when requested will result in disqualification and the prize being awarded to an alternative winner.

3. Entry

• 3.1. No purchase is necessary to enter the competition.

• 3.2. Only one entry per person is allowed.

• 3.3. The competition will run from Monday 8th December 2025 until midnight (GMT) on Sunday 4th January 2026. Entries received outside this period will not be considered.

• 3.4. To enter, participants must:

  • Comment on the competition post, tagging at least one other teacher

  • Like the competition post

  • Follow or be following @sportsdirectory on Instagram

4. Winners and Prizes

• 4.1. The winners will be drawn randomly and contacted via Instagram Direct Message. Verification of employment status will occur after this contact.

• 4.2. The winner will receive a £500 Center Parcs gift voucher.

• 4.3. Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or any other form of compensation.

• 4.4. The prize will be sent to the winner after verification via email

• 4.5. The voucher must be used within 24 months

• 4.6. The winner will be contacted to select which Center Parcs village they would like to use the voucher at

• 4.7. The voucher can be used for accommodation, activities, shopping, and food during their stay

• 4.8. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim their prize within two calendar weeks of notification, Sports Directory reserves the right to withdraw the prize and select another winner.

5. Data Protection

• 5.1. By entering, participants agree that Sports Directory may use their Instagram username to administer the competition and contact the winner via Direct Message. No personal details are collected at entry.

• 5.2. Winners agree to have their name and school name/establishment published as part of post-event publicity e.g. on our social media, website and email announcements.

• 5.3. Sports Directory will handle your personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws and our Privacy Policy.

• 5.4. Participants can opt-in to receive marketing communications, but this is not a condition of entry. Those who do not opt-in will not be contacted for marketing purposes.

• 5.5. Some prizes are provided in partnership with third-party organisations. In this case, the prize is fulfilled in collaboration with Center Parcs. The personal details of winners (such as name and email address) may be shared with Center Parcs solely for the purpose of prize fulfilment. No information will be shared with other third parties unless the participant has won a prize that requires it.

6. Liability

• 6.1. Sports Directory accepts no responsibility for entries that are lost, delayed, misdirected, or incomplete, or cannot be entered for any technical or other reason.

• 6.2. Participants acknowledge that the competition is not associated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by any third-party entity unless explicitly stated. Some prizes may be provided by third-party suppliers who support the competition by contributing items. In such cases, winners’ details may be shared with the relevant supplier solely for the purpose of prize fulfilment.

• 6.3. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Instagram. Participants acknowledge that Instagram bears no responsibility for the competition. By entering, participants agree to release Instagram from any liability related to this promotion.

7. General

• 7.1. Sports Directory reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God, or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation, or any other event outside Sports Directory’s control.

• 7.2. Any changes to the competition will be notified to participants as soon as possible.

• 7.3. The decision of Sports Directory in all matters relating to the competition is final and binding. No correspondence will be entered into.

• 7.4. The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

• 7.5. Entrants will be deemed to have accepted these T&Cs and agreed to be bound by them when entering this Promotion.
