Sports Directory Teacher Feedback Survey – Terms and Conditions
1. Promoter
The promoter of this prize draw is Sports Directory UK Ltd, trading as Sports Directory ("Sports Directory", "we", "our" or "us").
2. Eligibility
2.1 The prize draw is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over who are employed by or work on behalf of a UK school, academy, college or other educational establishment.
2.2 Employees of Sports Directory, their immediate families, agents or anyone professionally connected with the administration of this prize draw are not eligible to enter.
2.3 By entering this prize draw, participants confirm that they meet the eligibility requirements.
2.4 Participants are responsible for ensuring they are permitted to enter the prize draw and accept the prize under any policies or rules that apply to their role or organisation.
3. How to Enter
3.1 Entry is free and no purchase is necessary.
3.2 To enter, participants must complete the Sports Directory School Survey in full and submit a valid email address before the closing date.
3.3 Only one entry per person will be accepted.
3.4 Duplicate, incomplete, automated or fraudulent entries may be disqualified.
4. Competition Period
The closing date for eligible survey completions is midnight on Sunday 13th September 2026.
Entries received after the closing date will not be included in the draw.
5. The Prize
5.1 There are 3 prizes available.
5.2 Each prize consists of one £100 Frasers Group Gift Card.
5.3 Three winners will each receive one £100 Frasers Group Gift Card.
5.4 The prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable and no cash alternative will be offered.
5.5 Sports Directory reserves the right to substitute the prize with another prize of equal or greater value should circumstances beyond its reasonable control make this necessary.
5.6 Use of the gift cards is subject to the Frasers Group Gift Card Terms and Conditions.
6. Winner Selection
6.1 Three winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries received before the closing date.
6.2 The draw will take place within 14 days of the competition closing.
6.3 Each participant may win a maximum of one prize.
7. Winner Notification
7.1 Winners will be contacted using the email address provided within the survey.
7.2 If a winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond within 14 days, or is found to be ineligible, Sports Directory reserves the right to withdraw the prize and select another winner at random.
7.3 Sports Directory accepts no responsibility if a winner's contact details are incorrect or incomplete.
8. Data Protection
8.1 Personal information supplied as part of the survey will be processed in accordance with applicable UK data protection legislation and the Sports Directory Privacy Policy.
8.2 Survey responses will be used to help Sports Directory better understand the needs of schools and improve our products and services.
8.3 Name and email address details submitted for entry into the prize draw will be used to administer the prize draw, contact winners and provide the prizes.
8.4 If a participant separately agrees that Sports Directory may contact them about their survey feedback, we may use the contact details provided to follow up about their comments or enquiry.
8.5 Entry into the prize draw does not require participants to opt in to marketing communications.
8.6 If participants separately opt in to receive marketing communications from Sports Directory, they can unsubscribe at any time without affecting their prize draw entry.
9. Liability
9.1 Sports Directory accepts no responsibility for entries that are lost, delayed, incomplete or cannot be submitted due to technical failures beyond our reasonable control.
9.2 Except where prohibited by law, Sports Directory shall not be liable for any loss, damage or injury arising from participation in the prize draw or acceptance of any prize.
9.3 Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or any liability which cannot legally be excluded.
10. Publicity
10.1 By accepting the prize, winners agree that Sports Directory may announce their first name and school (or county if preferred) on our website and/or social media channels.
11. General
11.1 Sports Directory reserves the right to amend, suspend or cancel the prize draw where this becomes necessary due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
11.2 Any decision made by Sports Directory regarding this prize draw shall be final.
11.3 These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
11.4 By entering the prize draw, participants are deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions.
