Sports Simulator Challenge – Terms and Conditions
Competition: Youth Sport Trust Conference 2026 – Sports Simulator Challenge
1. Organiser
1.1. The promotion is organised by BSL International Limited trading as Sports Directory (“Sports Directory”), located in Dartford, England.
2. Eligibility
2.1. The promotion is open to individuals aged 18 years or over.
2.2. The promotion is strictly open to official delegates attending the Youth Sport Trust Conference 2026.
2.3. The promotion is not open to exhibitors, event staff, Sports Directory employees, or any individuals professionally associated with the promotion.
2.4. Participants must work in a UK school.
2.5. Participation constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
3. How to Participate
3.1. No purchase is necessary to participate.
3.2. The Sports Simulator Challenge will take place on Wednesday 4th March 2026 at the Youth Sport Trust Conference 2026.
3.3. Delegates may take part in the sports simulator activity (which may include, but is not limited to, a penalty shoot-out challenge or similar interactive sporting game).
3.4. No minimum score or win is required. All eligible delegates who take part will receive a participation gift, subject to availability.
3.5. Participants must provide their details (including name, school name, job title and contact details) in order to receive their participation gift and be entered into the prize draw.
4. Participation Gift
4.1. Each eligible delegate who takes part in the sports simulator activity will receive one PUMA Vitoria football, subject to stock availability.
4.2. Participation gifts are limited to one per eligible delegate.
4.3. Participation gifts are non-transferable, non-exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
4.4. Sports Directory reserves the right to substitute the participation gift with an alternative item of equal or greater value if necessary.
5. Prize Draw
5.1. All eligible participants will automatically be entered into a prize draw.
5.2. The prize draw will take place after the event, and winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries.
5.3. There are two prizes available:
Prize 1: Premier League Tickets
One winner will receive a pair of tickets to a Premier League football match.
The winner will be invited to submit their top three preferred fixtures, listed in priority order.
Sports Directory will confirm allocation to one of the selected fixtures, subject to availability.
Fixture selection, seating location and ticket type are subject to availability and may be subject to the terms and conditions of the issuing club or ticket provider.
No guarantee is made that any specific team, date or fixture will be available.
Prize 2: Athlete Visit
One winner will receive an athlete visit to their school.
The athlete, format, duration and timing of the visit are to be confirmed (TBC) and will be subject to availability.
The visit must take place on a mutually agreed date.
No cash alternative is available.
5.4. Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash or other compensation.
5.5. If a winner cannot be contacted within two calendar weeks of notification, Sports Directory reserves the right to withdraw the prize and select an alternative winner.
6. Health and Safety
6.1. The sports simulator activity involves light physical movement, including but not limited to kicking a football.
6.2. Participants take part at their own risk and must ensure they are physically able to participate.
6.3. Participants should wear appropriate footwear and follow all instructions provided by event staff.
6.4. Sports Directory accepts no liability for any injury sustained as a result of participation, except where liability cannot be excluded by law.
6.5. Sports Directory reserves the right to refuse participation to any individual where there are reasonable health and safety concerns.
7. Data Protection
7.1. By participating, entrants agree to the processing of their personal data by Sports Directory for the purposes of administering the promotion and conducting the prize draw.
7.2. Winners agree that their name and school name may be used in post-event publicity, including on Sports Directory’s website, social media channels and email communications.
7.3. Personal data will be handled in accordance with applicable data protection legislation and Sports Directory’s Privacy Policy.
7.4. Participants may opt in to receive marketing communications; however, this is not a condition of participation.
8. Liability
8.1. Sports Directory accepts no responsibility for incomplete or inaccurate participant details.
8.2. Sports Directory accepts no liability for any loss, damage or injury incurred as a result of participation in the promotion or acceptance of a prize, except where liability cannot be excluded by law.
8.3. This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by the Premier League or any football club unless explicitly stated.
9. General
9.1. Sports Directory reserves the right to cancel or amend the promotion and these Terms and Conditions without notice in circumstances outside its reasonable control.
9.2. Any changes to the promotion will be communicated as soon as reasonably possible.
9.3. The decision of Sports Directory in all matters relating to the promotion is final and binding.
9.4. The promotion and these Terms and Conditions are governed by English law and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
