Spin to Win – Terms and Conditions
Competition: Youth Sport Trust Conference 2026 – Spin to Win
1. Organiser
1.1. The promotion is organised by BSL International Limited trading as Sports Directory (“Sports Directory”), located in Dartford, England.
2. Eligibility
2.1. The promotion is open to individuals aged 18 years or over.
2.2. The promotion is strictly open to official delegates attending the Youth Sport Trust Conference 2026.
2.3. The promotion is not open to exhibitors, event staff, Sports Directory employees, or any individuals professionally associated with the promotion.
2.4. Participants must work in a UK school.
2.5. Entries from individuals outside the UK, under the age of 18, not working in a UK school, or not attending as a delegate will not be accepted and will be disqualified.
3. How to Participate
3.1. No purchase is necessary to participate.
3.2. Only one spin per eligible delegate is permitted.
3.3. The Spin to Win promotion will take place on Wednesday 4th March 2026 at the Youth Sport Trust Conference 2026. Participation outside of this date will not be permitted.
3.4. Participants must provide their details (including but not limited to name, school name, job title and contact details) in order to take part. These details will be used to administer the promotion and to contact winners where required.
3.5. Participation constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
4. Prizes

4.2. The number of each prize available varies. The promotional wheel is weighted to reflect the quantity and availability of each prize. Prizes with higher stock availability are more likely to be landed on than prizes with limited availability.
4.3. The prize awarded will be determined by the segment on which the wheel lands.
4.4. Segments may remain displayed on the promotional wheel for the duration of the promotion. However, once the allocated stock of a particular prize has been fully awarded, that prize can no longer be won. The wheel mechanism will not select a prize once all available stock of that item has been exhausted, even if the segment remains visible.
4.5. Not all prizes are guaranteed to be won on the day. The number of prizes awarded will depend on participant numbers and the weighted segmentation of the wheel.
4.6. Higher-value prizes may be distributed at intervals throughout the day at Sports Directory’s discretion.
4.7. All prizes are subject to availability. Sports Directory reserves the right to substitute any prize with another of equal or greater value without prior notice.
4.8. Some prizes may be collected on the day at the event. Other prizes may be distributed after the event and posted directly to the winner’s school address or fulfilled by the relevant third-party supplier.
4.9. Where prizes are fulfilled by third-party suppliers, winner details (such as name, school name and delivery address) may be shared solely for the purpose of prize fulfilment.
4.10. Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or any other form of compensation.
4.11. Where follow-up contact is required for prize fulfilment, if a winner cannot be contacted within two calendar weeks, Sports Directory reserves the right to withdraw the prize.
5. Data Protection
5.1. By participating, entrants agree to the processing of their personal data by Sports Directory for the purposes of administering the promotion and contacting winners.
5.2. Winners agree that their name and school name may be used in post-event publicity, including on Sports Directory’s website, social media channels and email communications.
5.3. Personal data will be handled in accordance with applicable data protection legislation and Sports Directory’s Privacy Policy.
5.4. Participants may opt in to receive marketing communications; however, this is not a condition of participation.
6. Liability
6.1. Sports Directory accepts no responsibility for incomplete or inaccurate participant details.
6.2. Sports Directory accepts no liability for any loss, damage or injury incurred as a result of participation in the promotion or acceptance of a prize, except where liability cannot be excluded by law.
6.3. This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by any third party unless explicitly stated. Some prizes may be provided by third-party suppliers supporting the promotion.
7. General
7.1. Sports Directory reserves the right to cancel or amend the promotion and these Terms and Conditions without notice in circumstances outside its reasonable control.
7.2. Any changes to the promotion will be communicated as soon as reasonably possible.
7.3. The decision of Sports Directory in all matters relating to the promotion is final and binding. No correspondence will be entered into.
7.4. The promotion and these Terms and Conditions are governed by English law and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
