The standard delivery charge covers delivery to a flat, step-free location with level or ramped access from the tail-lift vehicle to the final placement point (e.g. ground level or into a hall). Delivery does not include transport over stairs or movement beyond the standard drop-off point. Sites without suitable level access must contact the sales office prior to delivery to assess access requirements and calculate any additional charges.
